Damaged / Faulty Products
If we supply you a faulty or damaged product, you are entitled to a refund or replacement (your choice).

Although you need to arrange return of the product, we will reimburse your shipping costs when the product is found to be faulty.

Change of Mind
If you have simple changed your mind, we will refund the purchase if you return the product - unused and undamaged - to us at your own expense.
